Request for Releaving Letter to the management

Hi,

I need a requestation letter for my Releaving Order. Since My ex management is not yet given me for the past 2yrs.

I need it urgently, can anyone send it asap.

Dear Krishna,

There is no requisition format for Relievig Order. Since you are no more associated with your previous employer from past 2 yrs is an itself proof of non association.

Ask them to give you xerox of approved Resignation Letter which can act as your relieving order. Document your conversation via mails which can also be used as another alternative. However, Experience letter issued by your ex-employer would be sufficient & relieving letter has no relevance.

Hi,

Agree with Savitha. There is no need of a requisition letter. As i understand, that you have not yet received a releiving letter from your past employer where you worked 2 years back. All you need to do is get back to them and speak to the HR and provide them with your resignation acceptance letter(if you had documented it). If not, put a request to the HR attaching you last few salary slips. Hope this should work. I am sure they manitain a employee database and will be able to track your working period and offer you with the relieving letter.
