Critical questions in Interview i like to share

recently i was attending interview in Chennai Alwarpet nr Ethiraj Kalyana Mandapam and Nr Reebok Showroom it was a call from that company for an Open position in recruitment interview supposted to be with AVP HR

Initially a same old process of interview questioning my workrelated profile and the interviewer interrupted and asked me wat is your achievement

I replied ,. I made 25 Joinees in a month but interviewer told me it is not an achievement it is my duty and then i couldn;t find an answer

Interviewer proudly said himself that he had recruited many number skilled professionals in a given frame as achievement

Iam wondering how my answers made difference to his achievement

Kindly help or suggest to overcome such interviews
