Hi group,

How about daily tussle with non cooperative co workers and colleagues or employees. What if a particular employee good at his/her work? Is it advisable to tolerate his / her tantrums and attitude?

Re: Non cooperative employees

Hi,

It is definately not advisable to tolerate tantrums of the employee is who is a good performer. This ways we will be setting wrong examples for the rest lot.

Counseing of such employee should be done if it doest not work warning must be given. This creates awareness among employees that management takes action whenever necessary or required.

Counselling Tracking could be maintained to check its effectiveness.
