The recruiter KRO's can be:-
1. Closing 90% requirement within time frame (define the time frame grade/band/level wise, for example: junior level 30 days, mid level 60 days, sr level 90 days). The requirements can be broken up into critical vs non-critical
2. Recruitment manning should be 95% (for example: total req are 250 & org strengths is 750 so total would be 1,000) Take 95% of 1000 i.e. 950 should be on the payroll monthly/qtr/yearly whenever you are going to measure. it also depends on the measurement time period.
3. Per week 25 offer should be given
4. Quality of the hiring (can be measured based on performance appraisal rating, confirmation rating or on the job performance feedback after 3 months)
5. Maintain candidate satisfaction rating
