2.Tp promote Employee communication - Publishing Inhouse Journal, e zine

3. Motivating Employees - By conducting Events & celebrating functions, B-Days.

4. Identifying High performers & Talents & grooming them.

5. Develop mentoring & coaching to enhance sense of belongingness & develop interpersonal relationship.

6. Inculcate Team work & enhance Team sprit.

As per the mail recd from the community,  we have also some topics which can be implemented in the organisation as per the following : 

1.  Sports & Recreational Activities

2.  Open House Session by HOD or Depttl HOD or Unit Head on Monthly / Qrtly / annually. 

3. Create Safety committee involving Workers and Supervisor level cadre. 

4.  You can also conduct brain storming sessions within the department thru which you can extract information related to the organisation problems & solutions. 

Hope you will notice from the above while implementing the above ideas inthe organisation will take some time but very helpful.
