Would like to train the work force through some interesting games. The topics for training are 1) Avoid late coming, 2) Be Punctual 3) Be responsible 4) Be proactive 5) Take ownership.
Can somebody help me in guiding me with nice information?

You can do role play about a small topic.
Form a group of four people and allocate the different kind of works(it related to their work area) and provide limited time and ask them to simulate the same. with this situation let it be observed by all the participants and allowed trainees to comment of the results.

Search in goggle for training games and activities and select a game that suits your purpose. This will make your session more lively and interesting.
