HR

If you are looking for a career in HR, I would suggest you to go for an exclusive program on HR.

Many recognised universities are offering programs like Masters and PG Diplomas in HR that are more HR centric.

Re: HR

Good thought! But PGs and MBAs have also become common now-a-days. The only thing that makes you stand out of the crowd is your confidence and attitude towards the job...

Good Luck and Cheers!

Re: HR

An exclusively program like Master of Human Resource Management or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management will help us to have more knowledge in HR when compared to the regular MBA. Then we can join as a HR Trainee in any company for practical exposure.

Re: HR

Hi, Thought i should share through my experience . HR is a course where you must have passion for people. now if anyone is looking to do a course in HR field he must take certain things into consideration. first what kind of industrial exposure one institute is providing you example how many field work and projects ur getting to do. The method of teaching also plays a great deal, the way you think. other factors like how well the network of the institute with the corporate world ... probably looking into the past track record etc... Thus an individual must look into all such factor before get committed to a particular institute for doing HR course. one more important aspect for doing such course like HR is one must posses very good communication skills as i have seen many good students good in studies are not able to make into corporate as HR because of this limitation ... people join some times thinking they will improve communication skill while doing the course but its highly difficult... regards felix
