Yes, i am also agree with the opinion that one must have to understand the company norms and do not use company's facilities for personal use. In our office also some people using internet for songs downloading, chatting, watching movies hence we block all such sites and now they can only use the official mails. Using official phones for personal use are also controlled by fixing entitlement for using outside calls, we here in our office allot each separate land line to individual and fixed up the outside call entitlement like upto sr executive level Rs. 800/- is the monthly limit of billing excess of which shoud be answerable to the management if the excess amount is due to official calls or under misuse circumstances the excess amount would be deducted from respective individual's salary. For any personal call, individual should call from their own cell phone. So in such way, we are controlling office facilities by personal use and also not attacking personal life in the organisation |
