Hi,

I needed more clarity on Statutory Bonus and Ex gracia bonus.

If someone has the details of the calculations and eligibility..would be very helpful

Dear Supritha,

Statutory bonus is payable @ Rs 700/- pm for whose basic is more than or equal tp Rs 3,500/- pm & less than Rs 10,001/-

& Bonus is payable @ 20% for whose basic is less than Rs 3,500/- pm
