Hi ,

Can any one help me to calculate Quaterly, Annually attrition rate ?

Hi

Annual Attrition = ( No of exits during the year / Avg manpower i.e. manpower at year start & year end) *100

For Qtrly , you may consider the numerator as "exits during the qtr" and denominator as avg manpower of the Qtr start & qtr end.

Another method is to use annualized attritiion.

But i guess this helps.
