I am an MBA, HR and FIn, have 1yrs BPO exp only. Currently, i have been offered a position called"Personal Manager" wherein i need to assist MD in A to Z work.He says its rewarding and i will have a good future ahead as its going to esablish as a big chain of retail.Should I accept this oppurtunity , what should be my carreer plan, whether i would be able to get any good oppurtunity in future, is this position worth? what should be my salary expectation?

I am sure someone could help me with this.

What is HR handling people effectively and efficiently If I am not wrong as a Personal Manager wherein you need to assist MD in A to Z works you will be doing the same but for a different purpose. I hope it is always better to explore an opportunity that is coming towards you than running for something else. Ask salary based on the salary structure of the company.

Thank u Mr.Phanindra, I have one more query.
He has noT specified a designation. He has given choice-secretary/personal manager,etc.What should i suggest?
He has asked me to chose it myself.
He said he will increase salary as the work starts, intially will pay me only 6000/-.What salary package can i ask/expect from him.He also says I should not keep much CONTAC WITH OTHER STAFF.cAN U HELP ME WITH THIS.
