But as a user, LinkedIn definitely is the right choice. You can also find about some sites which could be useful. If you decide to include these sites within your processes, then you need to take several precautions:
Ensure that your recruiting officers are trained in equal opportunities. Keep a paper trail and archive print-outs that you have used when assessing a candidate.
