Is it mandatory as per labour regulation that we should register with Employee's Welfare fund organisation?

Hi ,

It depends on the state labour laws , suppose in karnataka it is mandotary  . Please check the labour laws site.

In Maharashtra, it is mandatory to register and pay contributions to Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board, Mumbai.

IF Labour Welfare Fund is applicable in your state and your organisation falls under the category than it is mandatory to deduct and deposit the prescribed amount (both Employees' and Employers' contribution).

Hi,

In the recent past it has become mandatory for many states & also contribution is revised from time to time.

It is recommended that you check on the basis of registration state of your esteemed organization.
