I request openions of the group in pay role outsourcing.

Please let me know your obeservation - good or bad if experienced during outsourcing this activity along with your vendor/supplier/contractor's name.

It will also helpful for me if you please share costing comparison.

We are light engineering manufacturing company with size of around 150 employees - 100 blue collor & 50 white collor based in NCR.

Outsourcing can be done by an outside agency when you really not in a position to do it internally and when you require utmost secrecy. Here management decision is also required.

Normally, it will cost 25 to Rs.30000/- per month for processing outside.  Here they will process salary alone and not for other statutory issues.  When you go for total processing and including care taker for all your statutory needs,  you need to pay further more.  Decide first what is to be done, whether you have personnel team or not, compare internal cost and outsourcing cost, then write to me at varadharajen@gmail.com for further clarifications.
