CS is a totally professional course that lays importance on the legal and regulatory matters of any organistaion whereas MBA is more than a simplified way to deal with different sections within an organisation which contrasts the difference and makes  a clear distinction between these two courses. The demarcation is high due to the subject knowledge level which is gained in CS course which is higher comparitvely to MBA and the same exists in providing the opportunities for the students who persue this course.
