Hi Rohit May be this could be useful as we have drafted this for us Guidelines for Mobile Usage
Mobile phones are provided to employees:
• Whose nature of responsibilities and authority requires being accessible at any point of time.
• To employees whose nature of duties and responsibilities requires to contact other employees and organization.
User Guideline
• Monthly charges which include Rental, STD charges as applicable, and roaming charges as applicable shall be paid by the Institution
• All calls made by employees related to nature of duties & responsibilities shall be paid by the Institution.
• Personal call made by employees shall be paid by the employee and this payment could either be paid by cash or through the monthly payroll/Salary.
• Employees are required to give details of official calls made for which billing details of the employees shall be made available by the institution.
• Charges for the detailed billing shall be paid by the Institution
• Free calls provided by the service provider may be availed by the employees for making personal calls
• These guidelines are not applicable for the drivers of Transport Department. Different set of guidelines shall be forwarded for Driver's
• These guidelines are not applicable to CEO / CMO's
• Unit HR administrator's to ensure usage of unit mobile under the CUG plan
