Adminstration Policy is a brad concept which may be made keeping in mind the management principles/goals/objectives of the company as well as therein socio-economic/political environment.Admintration policy is always made to monitor/control/adminster the both inernal and externals affairs of the company.

The major points that are to be covered under Admin Policy are-

1.Security Supervision

2.Billing/Advance Systems

3.Clientale feedback

4.HRD

5.Commercial/Procurement/Transport/Sales

6.Logistics/Warehousing

7.Management Information System

8.Office Adminstration

9.System Admin.

10.Public Relation/Media.

There is a difference between HR and Admin Policy.
Administration should normally cover following issues

Transport
Canteen
House-keeping
Public Relations
Security
Gardening
etc.
