I have done MBA in HR & Mkg,Having exp.in Personnel & Admin neafrabout 3 yrs. in manufacturing industry.

For further career growth ,I want do SAP in HR modules.Can anybody help me ? Is this help to my career growth.

Kindly give suggetions.

Yes, of course ,Certification in SAP-HR will certainly help in Career growth. Prefrebly you have skill in HR- Payroll / Time . So go ahead for certification and get into some Tire One company as SAP consultant. Make sure ,decision should be fast , as Consultancy firms do not like to hire more aged person .

You could also learn the SAP PM modul (Performance Management) that basically gives you a picture of how evaluation forms could be managed through the application and how to run status reports, individula evaluation summary reports, etc.
