Dear Aditi, I had placed a separate topic for the same, below mentioned is the sample of HR recruitment process RECRUITMENT
- Man-power requisition format is to be initiated By concerned HOD(format copy enclosed). - To be approved by MD/TD . - The approved format is to be forwarded to P&A/HR Dept. for calling candidates.
- Personnel/HR Dept. will call applications from the Following sources: a) Advertisement S b) Internal Source CS c) Reference Applications d) Candidates’ Data Bank HR Dept. will forward all the available applications To HOD for short-listing.
Concerned HOD will short-list applications and send back Back to HR Dept. for calling the candidates for interview.
Interview Selection Committee will be approved by MD/TD i.e. preferably one from HR Dept., and HOD Concerned. If need be MD/TD may also be a member In the Committee as per position called for.
Interviews will be held by Interview Selection Committee On a date convenient to all Members. Candidates will be clearly informed Date, time, venue, mode of transport, and position called for.
Selection/Short-list/Wait-list will be prepared by Interview Selection Committee Members thro’ consensus decision by Evaluating on the Interview Evaluation Format (copy enclosed). If need be, MD/TD will further interview the candidates.
MD/TD will decide the Designation and emoluments To be offered. Once approval is given on this, selected Candidates will be issued offer letter.
The above Selection Procedure must be followed very strictly by all HODs concerned Without any deviation.
INTERVIEW METHODOLOGY:
Any one or more of the following methods are generally used to evaluate a candidate during interview: a) Discussions b) Questionnaires (prepared by HODs/HR Manager) c) Demonstration d) Group Discussions
