Actually it is very imporant and key aspect of the Training & Development Department.

In hotel industry, training can divided into 2 categories like Behavioural Training & Operational Training.

Behavioural training deals with the training of skills, knowledge , attitude & apitutude of employee with regarding the job and personal as well.

Whereas Operational training deal with the training of operational area of his/her in the organization.
