Dear All,
I need a clarification on late payment penalty of PF Contributions.
One of my client, due to unforeseen reasons, he could not able to make the PF Contributions from last one year to PF Office but he deducted the same amount from the Employees.
Now he wanted to stream line and pay the the same to PF authorities and keep his statutory documents in proper way.
Any one could please suggest me that, what are the late fee charges and interested applicable on this.
