Hi,

An effective recruitment is the most important strategy that has to be followed for a good working environment. An employee with job satifaction is the most sought after employee. Therefore, right hiring process in organizations can make a lot of difference in the working environment and further tune up the organizational hierarchy.

Apart from this, good employee engagement programs and effective policies for the employee can also make up for a "feel good" working environment.

There should be equality in terms of treatment with employee. 

Facilities like insurance, food, transport etc , salary, rewards & recognition system.. all should be same for all employees cadre wise....

This creates faith among employee.. they feel that they are being treated as equal as any other employee in the organisation...  which in terms make them feel good...
