Hi,

I ve done my BE and MBA .Since I dint do my MBA in the B school ,I could not get into companies  that very easily ,they ask for an experience .But was able to make it up in a Education industry(MNC ) as trainer cum admin(counselor) .Though my center head says that there are lots of career growth in this industry ,I hate my work.I wanted to get into a HR generalist profile which needs the experience .How do I go about it ? I would like to learn SAP too. The forum here says an experience in HR field is mandatory.give me your ideas.
