Dear Friend Manager needs to first know the business well for which they are working. Not knowing the business will put them on back seat and make them appear paper pusher and complaince personnel managers shoud proactively particpate in business objectives meeting and capturing the needs to fulfill the business objectives at the stage when it is conceptualsied and not get a action plan and be implementor of these plan Managers shoudl keep pulse of the culture and its effects of short term and longterm objectives, shoudl timely intervene to do course correction Best regards |
