Absenteeism

Can the HR fraternity help me in developing an presenteeism incentive scheme to motive employees so that they can contribute more to the organisation.  The current rate of absenteeims is 15 % and I have a KRA to reduce to 5%

Re: Absenteeism

Dear Friend,

In our company we have adopted a new system to reduce absenteeis m:  Attendeance allowance.  We gave  huge propaganda and certainly it yields good result.  This technique you can also follow in your company. G Balasubramanian

Re: Absenteeism

hi all,

In our organization as well we have managed to curb a lot of absenteeism based on an attendance incentive scheme, where in the payout deteriorates quickly as a person tries to be absent from work. Paid leaves do not impact this.

Attendeance allowance will work as a good idea.

Re: Absenteeism

Hi,

Every year during your annual meet you can award the employee who has take the least leave during the year. It would be encouraging if it is a cash award.
