Dear Suresh, In our organisation we adopting follwoing system for controlling absenbteeism:- 1. We introduced the attendance incentive scheme. 2. We are given thee best attendance award to employee during 26th January every year. 3. We are taking the attendance one area of merit for assesement . 4. We concelling the workmen at his home and office too depending upon the condition. 5. We issuing the charge sheet to employing those are performing less attendance during the year. Regards, rajesh |
