Mr.Balu,

Job satisfation directly connected with mind management which may relate  value addition with the charector . Dissatisfaction is not  only for laboures but also for all human beings in all the walks of life . difference , for laboures potential to hide emotional feeling s (may be lack of intrinsic motivation -westen management style focus on Extrinsic motivation only)  by psuedo polished wrap is very less compared with so called educated or proffesional people and turn up for resignation.
