This statement I am giving after having five years association with MSC candidates.The present HR professional especially MSW candidates are not ready to face challenges and hardship and always wants to concentrate only on some specific HR cream segments (for example Statutory compliances, training faculty etc). They want to become a "Jack of all but master of none". They come to some conclusion themself that this is good, that is better or best. I question is how to educate them to become Master of all.
