Hi,

Our company recently started its operations in Dec 2009. We are an IT Company providing location based services and solutions. The employees size is less than 30. Kindly help me in Categorizing the employees in general based on eligibility, experience and designation.

The bangalore operations is going to be head by the Director - IT operations. Please let me know the categorization.
