Dear Friends,

Monthly in a average we are recruiting and deploying 500 candidates. There is no fool proof system for Recruitment and Deployment.. Ofcourse we our selves created some Software for Documentation in Visual basic. Can anyone can helop me to get user friendly and economical software from Recruitment to Deployment to branches. There are many vendors available, you may actually search within your fraternity. I know one software which is really having best features but its cost is high - "Taleo". Such out on their site for more details.

Hi,

Ramco is also 1 good option for the same. However, it is not economical but also not expensive like taleo.

But idle would be any local software providers
