Dear All,

Its apprisal time all over.....

An employee doesnt accept his/her apprisal / increment letter due to dissatisfaction in salary increase, but he/she still continue with the same employer.  

In this case whether to consider his/her increment or to continue with the old one.

Kindly share your views

Hi ,

The increment has to be implemented in the wages wef the date proposed.

The employee not receiving the appraisal/increment letter amounts to mis-conduct and appropriate disciplinary action should be initiated .

Alternately, he can be counselled to receive the letter and be asked to represent his grievance to the appropriate authority for an early redressal.
