Greetings...... Now a days the freshly hired guns are being paid more than ther experienced counterparts in the companies, just so that they can stick to the Going Rate of the Market. Thus older employees prefer to switch to some other company which might pay them much more, because it too would try to follow the Market Rate. So all this just keeps going in circles.
