Talent acquistion is manufacturing industry is mostly thru references as it is becoming difficult to get the right person. Hiring manager nowadays prefer people who have worked with them before as it gives them a competitive advantage over other person who is totally unkown and even companies do not interupt untill there someting doubtful.
