Dear friends, We give training to employes on a number of topics and throughout the year. I am yet to arrive at the best way of presenting the benefits of the trianing and the change that the training programs have brought in the A/S/K of the employees to the management. I am sure mere numbers and graphs of various sorts wont impress the management.
