Dear All,

I am  working as a Sr. Executive - HR in a Retail organization where Attrition ratio of the employees are little bit higher than other industry and most of the case employees left the organization without any information. Pls. let me know how to deal with this situation, If We would like to terminate their services in legal way?

Good Day My name is Thabo from Johannesburg, South Africa, I work as a Funds Administrator at MIBFA, This topic on absconding of employees has really been in my heart especially lately, two of our guyz in the department did not come back this year, they did not even bring any resignation letter, not only them , in some department people leave during lunch hour and they leave their workstation on and only to notice few days later that they had enough of the job and they never come back, my question is: What really make people abscond? Is it their salaries? Job satisfaction? What is it? And how can management address this? Thank you Thabo ThaboMahl@gmail.com
