hey i need help on my project. i am doing my project on employabiliy skill training.

i need inputs from the industry and also the HR freshers on the same.

please help me in gathering the necessary data.

I need to know -

1)whether the industry feel that HR freshers are Employable?

2)What are the HR managers expectations from HR trainee?

3)What are the essential [must have] skills, Qualities, Qualification, competencies, knowledge attributes that an HR Executive [Generalist] should posses?

4)What topics should be included in a module to make the student HR savy?

Please guide me through these doubts.
