We pay as follows: (per annum)
Chief Manager - 27K
Sr. Manager - 22K
Manager - 17 K
Dy Manager - 12K
Sr Executive - 10K
Executive - 9K
This amount is subject to Performance Rating.
Based on Performance Rating, an individual employee get 120%, 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% or 0% of above amount.
