I was looking for some creative ideas for farewell of senior employees like the VP/MD levels.

If anyone have suggestions do mail me the same.

You can make a film and play it during the fare well function. U cud also give him a copy (CD).

Film could focus on his stay in the company and also capture the emotions of your employees.

Well i can add on some point like CD should contain following things :-

* Logo & profile of Current company
* Personal Profile of employee
* About him Speech (Video Shoot)
* Acadimic & Technical Profile of employee
* Major Achivements (Success Milestones)
* Major Projects (Mission critical projects achivements)
* Few Words of Other Top Management(Video Shoot).

and many more things can be added in list, and this profiler should be given on Visiting Card-CD to all the guest attending Farewell.

This type of personal profiler-CD will work as moral booster (motivating) for all other employees to achive new goals in coming future and our Senior employee will always live in our heart.

Dear All

Its a very good idea but if you don't have Video shoot then you can come up with a two page letter about that person. This two page letter ( memories) will talk on( put pictures) :

1. His fooding habits
2. His likes and dislikes.
3. His favourite actress
4. His favourite dialog
5. Any memorable photograph.
6. Talk about his family

Hi,

In response to below email, I suggest that an nice powerpoint presentation can be made sequentially from the day he started his career in the company & till the last day at your company, with all added animations, smileys, photos & transitiions will give a great memory to all.

All employees can be invited at the venue for a get together & play this ppt, this will be a great show & cherished forever.
