| i think a part from that HR should design a Reward Strategy which comprises of elements such as Career Development, Compensation & Benefits, Work Life & Culture and Performance etc. This strategy should match the business strategy by creating suitable workforce management which aligns people priorties with employer requirements.
If the strategy is developed.. this will surely lead to reduce the attrition rate ..................... |
