Hi All,

Ple give me solutions that, whether the break in service in HR will really affect the career or not, I have 3 years experience in HR function, for my personal reason i'm not in my employement past 7 months & now i'm in row of interviews.

What i have to do in my interview panals.. suggest me to get placed..

You can b e taken as Trainee in that case and inform the panel the actual reason .

i am having 2 years of experience as HR Executive.... but am not working for past 8 months due to my personal reasons....... i would like to continue working..... would it be a problem if i reveal the exact reason? will they find it as unreasonable reason?

am worried..... pls help me.......

I have more than 6 yrs of experience and am not working for the past 6 mths. Yes, i do have a reason-i have a 6 mth old baby. I am also finding it difficult to find a job but i think it is more so because of the market.

if you have a gap, you should be able to justify the gap to continue with where you left previously.I am sure employers would consider you experience. As for the job-keep trying. Don't lose hope.
