Is there any chance for a staffing person to shift into Gen HR after 2.5 yrs of exp in recruitment with BE/MBA (distance learning), as these days all organisations expect a regular MBA candidate.
Please help.

Hi mishra,
As long as employee can demonstrate basic understanding and knowledge of Gen HR. He will have to start at the bottom probably. But I do not see a problem.
