Dear Sir/Madam/Prof..

I would like to seek for asisstant regarding above matter.

Is it necessary to continue suspend a staff after Domestic Inquiry because to give a prior period for Panels of Domestic Inquiry to make summary and bring the finding to management for Decision / Punishment ?

And how long it is reasonable days for suspension?
