i have to make a presentation on change mgmt in my college so im in need of a change mgmt book which will give me complete knowledge of that topic so if anyone of u could suggest me 1 i would be grateful.

Change management is also depending on the culture of the organisation and the employees.Achu's points are good.

However,i feel that the systems,practices and procedures which you adopt and make others to follow in the organisation play a vital role in change mgmnt.
