Hi
I come with 14+ years of experience and exposure in BPO / Hospitality industry in various capacities, I wana start my own company with recruitment as core area for the BPO/Hospitality and IT industry.
I have couple of questions
1) Is it necessary for large capital, can I start on my own with a website and some office space .... with minimum or without any working capital
2) How do I approach organizations for business
3) Is it necessary to register the firm initially or can i do it once I stat gtng revenue.
Can anybody guide me on this ASAP. Please share anyother points relevant to this.
