HR Policies Formulation and Implementation

Hi everyone,

I am new to this group and found a excellent platform for HR professionals.

I need a help from you all HR professionals

I stopped working before 2 years. I was working as a HR person, but never designed any HR related policies. Recently i have been appointed by a company where i have to design all HR related Letters and policies as they do not have any thing in HR department. Can anyone help me to design HR policies.
