Hello Everyone I am anchal,

working for MNC sudddenly out mangment has change their reliving policy.

as they said that all employees would be required to serve notice period of a minimum 3 months from the date of their resignations and the company will not accept salary in lieu of notice period.

in this situation i m getting better offer from other co. but i dont think they will wait for me for 3 month please suggest me as i m in deep trouble.

Please suggest me or help me out .
