Since you are already pursuing MBA in HR with previous experience it will be better to pursue courses which can add value to your HR career. You could for several kinds of certifications:
1. MBTI
2. Organizational Development Consulting
3. Psychometric Profiling from T.V. Rao Institute or affiliate of British Psychological Society
