you may give an warning letter indicating the unauthorised leave & ask for the explanation.

it simply means he/she  left the job........................Bt in that condition Hr  should try to contact the person by any medium and try to find out the problem why he/she is not coming................becoz that will help the organization to know the actual reason

when an employee leaves the office & uninformal absentesm; send the SHOW CAUSE notice to the employees address asking to report  him /her in 48 hrs.

1.If you  get  an reply; get the resignation and settle the accounts
2. If not, send the termination letter indicating the matter & wait for the reply.

any how send the above letter in the registered post  with authorized signatory& ensure the receiver who signed it.
