Hi All, To Stop absenteesm, the HRD must initiate some positive rewards like Star of the Month etc and add some moneytary reward with the same. Regards TKM

Frist of all try to know the exect reason for absenteesim by verbal discussion.

If the employee is habitual then serve the Charge Sheet against him & follow the DISCIPLINARY ACTION rule against him.

i.e

1.  Serving Charge Sheet.

2. Domestic Enquery

3. Show Case Notice

5. Order of Panishment.

Well if the person is absent for 2 or 3 days we understand byut beyond that we must try to find out his other contact details and address if he is not traceable. He may be abscnding in that case we need to issue a termination letter if there is no response whatsoever from him and block or stop any salary processing or him Regards, Megha
