IAM HAVING A MAJOR DOUBT CAN WE DEDUCT P.F TO THE VICEPRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY ANY RULES IS THERE TO DEDUCT THE V.P ARE GETTING MORE THAN 75,000 P.M WHAT WE HAVE TO DO PLEASE CLARIFY THE DOUBT

Yes,

I think PF rules are same for all employees, you have to deduct PF from your VPs salary becouse he is also an employee. Only if he is above 58 you can't.

No. if he intimate his desire to contribute on the whole amount  to EPFO through employer only then employer can deduct his PF on higher wages. Employer can also contribute on the whole amount drawn as wages under intimation to EPFO.
